Phone calls

It seems that when a Basic completes the marksmanship course with an expert qualification, then the flight gets a call to home. My son, Benn called today. He sounded really good, but wanted to know what day they were leaving. He has done this in letters to us too. Time and the coming schedule must be a hard factor to not know.

Hope you all got phone calls too.

He is in the Executioner's flight C

Doolie Day Out

This just from the AOG website:
From Cadet Sponsor Office: As per our conversation, parents cannot pick up their cadets for Doolies Day Out. We have assigned all cadets to sponsor families and all paperwork has gone out. This is an official Academy function and it is extremely important for the cadets to have some time with the sponsors in order to start building, what could be, a lifelong relationship.

If you could please get the word out to parents that the earlier information was incorrect and they can’t pick up their cadet, we would be so grateful. It has been an absolute zoo around here trying to field all of these calls.

Thanks for your help,
Stacey
